Summer fresh sweet corn
There's simply nothing like it.

Freeze it!
Cut the corn kernels from the cob,
Spread the on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
The parchment is important - it keeps the kernels from sticking to the cookie sheet.

Over the years I've tried many different tools for removing corn from the cob - for this purpose, a good sharp knife can't be beat! |
Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes until frozen

Once frozen place the kernels in a freezer container.
The pre-freezing of the kernels keeps them from sticking together.
