Sweet Corn - All Year Long!

Summer fresh sweet corn
There's simply nothing like it.
Want to savor it all year - 
Freeze it!

Cut the corn kernels from the cob,
Spread the on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
The parchment is important - it keeps the kernels from sticking to the cookie sheet.
Over the years I've tried many different tools for removing corn from the cob -
for this purpose, a good sharp knife can't be beat!
Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes until frozen
Corn, keeping good company with my Zsa's ice cream and Mompops popsicles!
Once frozen place the kernels in a freezer container.
The pre-freezing of the kernels keeps them from sticking together.
Enjoy this winter!
